Irving Mover offers residential, commercial, and long-distance moving services, including optional packing and storage. We do not handle hazardous materials or items we deem unsafe.

2. Booking and Payments
To reserve our services, customers must confirm their move date and pay a deposit. The remaining balance is due upon service completion. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for packing items securely if not using our packing services. Notify our team about any fragile or high-value items needing special care.

4. Liability Limitations
Irving Mover is not liable for loss or damage of items not packed by our team or delays due to unforeseen events, such as road closures or severe weather.

5. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve disputes directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under Texas law.

6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Texas state laws.
